1. About these terms

Arrow Chaos ("the game") is a free puzzle game supported by advertising, published by Techenya, Kenya ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game, or using arrowchaos.techenya.com, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Who can play

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms.

3. Your use of the game

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or modified versions of the game;
• interfere with or attack the game's servers, leaderboard or Help Me system;
• send Help Me links as spam, or use them to harass others;
• copy, sell or redistribute the game or its content.

We may remove leaderboard entries, reset nicknames, or restrict online features for anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Nicknames

Nicknames are visible to other players on the leaderboard and on Help Me links. They must not be offensive, impersonate others or contain personal information such as phone numbers or email addresses.

5. Advertising and in-game rewards

The game shows ads. Some optional rewarded ads grant in-game help such as hints, hearts, shields or treasure upgrades. These rewards and collected treasures have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and may change over time.

6. Help Me and sharing

Help Me lets you share a puzzle with friends through apps you choose. You are responsible for what you share and with whom. Help Me links expire and may stop working if a challenge is solved, expires or the feature changes.

7. Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". Online features such as the leaderboard and Help Me may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. Local progress may be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data. We may update the game and these terms; we will change the effective date above, and continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.

8. Intellectual property

The game, its design, code, graphics, sounds and the Arrow Chaos name belong to Techenya. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techenya is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. App stores

If you downloaded the game from Google Play or the Apple App Store, their terms also apply to your download. Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or its support.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kenya, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
